Selling Huge Potential Site with Traffic and Premium Name

I`m re-listing this website due to a non paying bidder.

I`m selling this website as I need money to fund my online business.
The site has a premium domain name, is PR 1 and it has 50+ visitors a day and growing. All the content is unique and it makes a few cents/day from adsense. The website is using wordpress and it has an unique design and cusotm coding. I don't have the time to invest in it as I`ve recently started an online business.

I don't have a bin in mind now but I`ll set it soon.
