    Hi everyone,

Please read this description carefully, as there is important information included.

I am selling a new download site. Users visit the site and can download Applications, Games, DVD's, etc. There is some traffic, but for sale purposes, consider it a new site with no traffic or income. ShoutZoom.com is the site. Here are some key features:

    1. I have created the site on a fake PR 5 domain. What that means is the PR was coming from another site and it gave this domain a PR 5. With a little bit of work, you will be able to keep most if not all the PR on the next update. This site will end up being excellent even if it loses its PR, but if you can even keep it up to a PR 2 or PR 3 this site will be incredible. I will help you with how to keep it. I've got other domains that have kept their PR 2's and PR 3's years after I got them. It just takes a little bit of link making and content.

    2. The content is 100% unique. I wrote every post. Most I wrote with my own descriptions of the software or DVD. A couple I didn't know a lot about so I copied a description and then changed many of the words to create original content. Every software ink on the site is active and working.

    3. It only takes about 5 minutes per day to update the site with the latest release. Users are going to be flocking to the site daily to see what you have. Check it out now and see the incredible stuff available. You will have subscribers and visitors like crazy. I have a different site using the same basic idea (different site subject though) with over 1,000 registered members and hundreds of daily unique visitors.

    4. CPAlead has been incorporated. You will make money each time someone wants a software you have linked to. Every item has it's own page. If someone wants Office 2007, they'll find it on the site, get to the CPAlead protected item page and complete a survey to get access to the links.

    5. Google has already started crawling and it's just starting to get search engine traffic. This site will be very big on search engine traffic. I'll give the winner the secret of immediate search engine traffic. I had 22 spiders visit the site yesterday alone, so traffic from all search engines is coming soon.

Bidding will start at $40. I will give all the information needed to make this site be a killer site for you. I will entertain reasonable offeres to sell the site outright. I'm not looking to drag this on, but I won't consider lowball offers. I'll just keep it and make money on it myself.

NO PRIVATE MESSAGE OFFERS. We can talk privately, but all offers must be made publicly in this thread. If you have any questions at all, just let me know. I want you to understand what you are getting with this site and be happy with it when we are done.

    Hi,

Where would you recommend hosting such a site? As it certainly isnt suitable for a USA/UK based host

    Thanks

You are welcome to host it on my server for $2 per month. My hosting provider has never done anything about sites with links. I had a huge mp3 site once and I talked with them about it and they let it stay. In most cases, a link is no different then what any search engine will provide. No software is hosted on the site at all.
