Selling Huge Photoshop Tutorials Website , great potential , 2 years old , unique content

Hello,
Here is how the story goes, I am a Photoshop passionate for over 6 years, I had a number of photoshop websites back in the days and somehow the passion died and everything went to waste, well 2 years ago I returned and with a plan, a brand and out of passion I started my own photoshop tutorial website again , I gave my best , having the only resource me and my inspiration. I wrote tutorials , articles, did my best to promote it with few money that I earned hard. In 2 years I have added more than a hundred fifthy articles, over 60 UNIQUE photoshop tutorials , 95% wrote by me , some from a few sponsors and some paid.
The website made me pocket money though my college .

Today I am facing an issue.
As I have finished Vehicles engineering College I got a job working in a Ford Showroom , and left the website on a second plan I am now considering my website. I am saying "considering" because I am not 100% determined to give it all away after all the passion I put into it , it depends on what offers I will recieve.

I haven`t made a sale plan , including analytics , reports , statistics, I am writing this now.

So a few statistics are :
Monthly page views - around 15000
Page rank 3
Alexa 600,000
Good number of backlinks as I did some seo.
31,26% all time organic traffic
41,39% this year
And bigger percentage in the last 5 months.

Income - Adsense
- Link sell ( most income )
- Sponsored Posts
- 3d box generator sold a few units for 4$ a piece


I am waiting for offers , remember I am not determined to sell , but I will if I get the motivation I need.
People in the tutorials business will see the potential this website has.

What is the adsense income?

 

Is it just my web browser, or is it that Adsense ads are not being displayed on your website?

 

In other words, you have no idea what to post as an asking price so you'd like us to give you a free site valuation?

 

The adsense is not succesfully on the website, it has made revenue but nothing spectacular.
