I just installed the forum part and rest everything was taken care by the mods.You just need to help them in adding news mods,plugins etc. They will drive the community.

Maybe I'm not being clear on what stats I'm looking for. I would like to see where (what websites and search engines) the traffic is coming from. Your AWStats should show all of this.

 

Unfortunately, I havent installed awstats on my server.But , i am sure 75% of the traffic comes from the search engines..
