    It may be worth 10k,its just that i buy sites by current revenue x up to 24 months,maybe this is one of those sites that will sell on its Potential rather than current status.

    Yeah hire someone to write 200 articles then interlink them, wait ten months to get any good revenue, do SEO, get DMOZ links and do link exchanges, promote the site and by that time you will have spent twice the time and money.
