Huge differences within C-blocks

I have been told that the SERP's should be almost the same at least within different C-blocks but I see huge differences.
In 64.233.*107 I several SERP's that I am #1 (not a competitive phrase) and in others, 64.233.183.107 in am nowhere to be found.

Anybody else seeing this? Am I wrong about the C-blocks?

Nothing unusual with Google, you will se all kind of rankings in different datacenters.

That's normal, because you are searching in different data centers from google, definitely it's different under most cases.

They are maybe playing with the algo or using old sets of data on some DCs. I see that the differences between the SERPs in various datacenters are bigger than usually.
