Huge Developed Warez Forum Going Dirt Cheap...less Than Dirt, Warez Cheap!

My friend has gone into problems, and is asking me to sell his site for him. So, I am selling a warez forum with 30,000+ members. It is well developed with many active members and posts rising every day. It is self-sufficient, meaning that there is barely any administration work involved in running the site.

The site earns:

$25/month from the Crazy-Coderz banner
$30/month from the FetishPalace banner
At least $56/month from VIP Signups ($74 from Feb. 3 - Mar. 3)

Total revenue from Feb. 3 - Mar. 3: $129 without any CPM ad service. With a CPM ad service, it would be soaring over $300 easily.


It also earned $250 in Yahoo! Publisher before, when I had it up on the site, but I have removed all other CPM ads from the site because I wanted the site to be more cleaner than before.

If the future owner reinstates CPM ads, revenue will easily soar above $200 alone from the CPM.

The site also receives 13,000 uniques a day, and many member signups a day.


Essentially, the real buy in this site is the traffic. If that traffic is directed elsewhere, meanwhile, the site developed, you can use the immense traffic to empower your other sites as well!
