This website has a huge following and is only about to get bigger with more and more people picking up the story / presentation all over the world.

You could monetize this site with ads if you wanted, I have just not done it yet. So much potential here w/ all the traffic and it's growing by the day.

I am selling because I am getting out of the online web world for a while due to a non-compete signed.

No the site hasn't been online more than 3 weeks and already has a huge following, traffic, etc.
You could make a lot of money adding advertisements, etc. I cannot do this or grow the site any further as I am under a non-compete, thus needing to sell.

LiquidStyle: And I wonder why you are all red rep? Keep your unnecessary comments to yourself, you have been reported.

This guy is a freaking moron following me around this forum. I sold him a script, he didn't like it and tried to remove the Copyright footer. He replaced it with something else so I deleted his license. I am not a scammer and run a lot of reputable business's.

That's rich Angela. You are not a scammer? Is that a fact? I may have no posts on this forum, but I found your info from here and contacted you to do some work for me based on your posts from here. So why don't we tell the posters here how that is going? Or how will you try and spin that one to your favour? Let me enlighten this board of my experience with Angela. This sums it up:

Feb 5 - Contacted Angela to see if she could customize her marketplace script. She says yes, and tells me she is very excited.
Feb 6 - She Provides me a quote. I tell her Thats great, lets do it! I begin creating all the PSD files for her.
Feb 12 - After having a difficult time contacting Angela over last few days, she finally responds, and asks for a 50% deposit. I oblige, and send it to her via paypal giving her $300 US
Feb 18 - Angela goes MIA AGAIN, she responds after I tell her how unhappy I am. She was online everywhere else, but failed to respond to me. She apologizes and says she will contact me later in the day.. That NEVER happened.. This was the last contact I had with Angela. She has ignored every request since. She got her $300 US deposit and bolted. Provided me no Product, No service..Nothing!!!

It is now March 5 and she still has not resolved this issue. I sent her an email asking for a refund on my $300 US (for obvious reasons) to which she never responded. I have since opened a Paypal dispute (she never responded) and now have a Paypal Claim against her. She has not resolved the issue despite her being online here and other places trying to sell he sites and services. My request for a refund goes ignored while she continues to peddle online. In fact, she is trying to sell a site on another site showing her paypal statement which show my payment to her on Feb 12. She calls it "Script Sales".. What a load of crap... Call it what it is. "Stolen Funds for Services not provided".

If paypal does not correct the problem my credit card company will. There is no length I will not go to including using the courts as she lives in the same province as I. It is a paltry $300 but it is a matter of principal. I am a successful business person, and will provide my full info and phone number and any other info to anyone who would like to check on me. I may have no posts here, but that does not make my claim any less substancial. You can take it for what it's worth. Makes no difference to me. I have all the proof in correspondence through email, and the facts simply do not lie.

There is no way Angela can spin this story unless she makes up her own story to suit her lies. Bottom line, she stole my money and she knows it. I was nothing short of patient, understanding and extremely polite and professional, even when asking for my refund. She is a thief and a very poor business contact to say the least.

Go ahead Angela, spin the story. Call me a moron like you did the poster above. There is absolutely no excuse for what you have done, especially with how patient I was with you. I can prove my claim completely. There is nothing you can prove that shows I did anything wrong other than make a VERY poor judgement call in who to hire and perhaps should have seen the red flag when you went MIA the first time before the deposit was made.

I honestly thought you would be a great contact Angela. I thought you had ethics. Clearly that is not the case. This is the first time I have ever been scammed on the internet and hopefully the last. It baffles me how you think you can actually get away with it. There are laws in place in our province to ensure people like you do not do things like this. Do you honestly think I will not see this to the end? I easily have the resources to see this to the end. In fact, I have already given all the details to our paralegal to prepare the small claims court documents should the need arise. This is no threat. This is the reality of the world we live in. You stole money. You must return the money or pay a price. Simple as that.

The people of this board can make their own choices, but that is my story.

I have now received my refund after the Paypal investigation. While I would not recommend this vendor to anyone, from my standpoint, I have received resolution and consider the matter final and closed. I am not sure if the refund came from Paypal protection as they told me on the phone that they would refund the funds, or if the refund came from Angela herself as she claims after a message yesterday, but it is a moot point to me. It has been resolved and I have no further reason to pursue.
