Links at the bottom are link exchanges. I doubt the PR will drop if they are removed. Most backlinks are provided by members of the actual topsites displaying our link in order to rank well in the topsites.

I notice iTopsites is not displayed in the footer of most topsites and it is perfectly ok to remove the link.

The forums have been removed since the hacking. I have the phpBB backup but there were only 6 members anyway.
