HubPages is BS, can someone explain.

I had posted 39 hubs on hubpages writing great content etc. and they were up for 4 weeks. I go to submit another article, then all of them said " revise, to much promoting of site" I can't write 100 articles and have everyone of them backlinked. This is starting to get stupid. How the heck Can I promote an article honestly without be rejected?

Are you using the same anchor text in all articles? how many links do you have per article? are u using url variations? they are peeky about this kind of abuses. and the worst part is that you dont even notice when you are making this type of mistakes

With hubpages you definitely have to write halfway decent content and limit your outlinking, at least to pages that are obviously sales pages. And yes, definitely vary your anchor text a lot!

Isn't hub pages very similar to Squidoo?

On a side note...I have never heard of Pingler before. Just used it. That thing really attacks Google, doesn't it.

they limit links in the article. so maybe provide just one or two. but hubpages links aren't do follow as i see it.

I was under the impression Hupages is Do Follow when your author score reaches 75, otherwise they are all No Follow.

I don't bother with hubpages anymore. Never really did much for me. I just stick mostly to ezinearticles.

Hubpages are do follow if you have a hubscore of 75 or higher, and you are limited to 2 self serving links for each hub. If you just want links you are probably better with Squidoo since they don't seem to have a problem with lots of links on each lens.
