Hubpages blasts me with adsense clicks, imps, $2/day to $15/day in one day yipheee

I know the power and rep of ezine is better but I must say, do people reallly include signature when they use your article or just rip it offf??
I have no experience of writing in ezine , go artcile except for a few (about 5) artciles i wrote to promote my proxy and how to set up proxy for $8/month.

BTW my updated stats from hubs:

page views: 5678

adsense from hubs: $19.78

where is the ads at?? i see the pages but no adsense there

Good for you man, but consider thinking twice before sharing you adsense earnings !?

 

well I get your thoughts about sharing adsense with hubpages, but see the high SERPS you can get for High CPC words which are very competitive otherwise with the help of hubpages, do a little SMO...

and you can droll the #1 for keywords you never thought of..in a matter of weeks.

And to mention no , headcahe of hosting, backup, promotion etc. The hub has huge traffic and it's own forums and refferal program so it is a good thing to do but not the only thing.

I am and shall keep using my hub traffic to drive to my niche websites so that I can get more revenue and Maximum out of HUBpages think of it like that.

amit... how do you got hubpages.com in your adsense channel....

In my hubpages account there is no option to create a channel...

any information would be helpful

it's the wrong way to think - I've been using both Squidoo and Hub for over a year.

Yes, squidoo keeps most of the adsense profit, but it doesn't matter. I look at my Squidoo lens' statistics and hardly anyone ever clicks the ads anyway!

It's a well known thing that if you want to write articles, Hubpages is the place for you. I personally think Squidoo is better for affiliate sales. I have always achieved much better rankings in Squidoo than in Hubpages. I also don't like Hubpages policy (you can't link to the same domain more than once, and all of those other strict rules).

Even without the whole adsense sharing thing, I still earn more with Squidoo because you earn a stipend every single month for ALL of your active lenses. So, even if I have 100 lenses that aren't ranked high, I'm still making a decent amount. Hubpages gives you zero in that regard. So, if you have great Hubs and nobody is clicking your ads, then you're making pennies or nothing at all.

 

@aniani : you can use simple URL channels to track them. I use cutom URL channel for high traffic hubs too.

 

I cant say about squidoo a lot as I have not yet ventured there, but nice to know that it is different and provides steady passive incomes and affliates product sale. Anyway I use HUBs For adsense and also to drive high tarffic to my niches websites (trust me the CTR of links placed in hubs is very high ) so infact the number of pageviews i get from hubs gets converted as 50% more pageviews for my sites too,

there is one great advantage to dominate Yahoo search, I found it I was ranked on 1st apge for this hub in yahoo.co.uk, yahoo.co.in, yahoo.co.au while my google standing were #56 .

Some how Hubpages get great ranking in yahoo, which is a big plus point too....

squidoo sound interesing so far I shall join by the end of next month, till then i shall bask in $10/day i get from hubpages..I'm Loving it.

 

i've been for months using HP and pheww...that's the best so far, ranking high and plus earning money..i just hate when they became strict bout links though but still love them for the ranking abilities it's a mystery

Guys I have found New rules and Adsense program in HUbapges is very strict about content and has very strict policy about ADULT COTENT, Also as the hubpages is crawled as many as 40-50 times a day, there is no use to do directory submissions as Search engines finds them a lot.
I have been writing a E-book on such tips and planning to give it to those who want to use it, but before that one will have to register at hubpages.
