Don't know, depends on what you will post there.. Doesn't matter where you post, if anything violates adsense's tos you risk something, that's it.

Hubpages are a revenue sharing web site. They let you apply to Adsense via them and when some one clicked your ads, they keep some revenue and pay you. This is violate policies. And when you sign up with Adsense via hubpages, you will be prompted about the revenue sharing .

Yes they share adsense income with you. Consider using squidoo as well - I get paid for paypal from them for traffic to their lens. Both work quite well.

It is hard to understand your query, due to your poor English usage. Anyway, Hubpages always display ads in your hubs whether you have an Adsense account or not (unless you disable showing ads using the settings) and they will get 100% Adsense revenue, if you haven't associateed your Adsense account to hubpages account. In order to get your quota of 60% (while hubpages take 40% from the Adsene revenue)you must associate your Adsense account with hubpages via earnings tab.

Hubpages is wellknown website for revenue sharing and article submiting so I think you don't need to worry.. As they are sharing revenue, they might have permission for it from adsense.
