Hubpage System That Could Work ?

I'm not going to explain everything that I've planned in the past weeks. But I had been doing a lot of research on niche blogs/websites, earning on hubpages, keyword research, and SEO techniques.

I thought up a plan that I think could work extremely well but would definitely take some feedback from those experienced with Adsense.

aka, no offense but IF YOU ARE NOT OR NEVER HAVE earned much from Adsense, no need to post suggestions =P

So heres the plan I've set up.

    *2-4 Hubs per week
*Each hub treated like an individual niche website (1-3 days of research and writing, atleast 10 pages worth of content)
*SEO performed for 1-2 days after each hub is published including 1-2 ezine article backlinks, 2-4 social bookmarks, and 5-10 directories

than move on to another hub

    The Pros
    * Unlike most niche blogs you start, Hubpages Hubs can rank on the #1 page of search results within 24 hours and without any SEO.

    * If your hub does get ranked on the first page of the 10 hottest hubs, you get hundreds or thousands of visitors a day from Hubpages alone.

    * It is really easy to add adsense, kontera, ebay capsules, and amazon capsules to your Hubs as well as pictures, videos, and links.

    The Cons
    * Some directories and social bookmarking sites don't allow links from Hubpages

    * You can be banned at any time (however I've heard they don't delete your work, simply unpublish it so you don't lose it)

    * You share revenue with Hubpages (you get 60% they get 40% of impressions/affiliate earnings)

    * You can't make any super unique graphical changes to hubs

    * This is rumor but I've heard while it is super easy to rank on page 1 of results fast, most peoples hubs never achieve a pr of 5+

Any thoughts on this ? if treating a hub like a website and working to get each hub making $20 a month than making another one and repeating would work ?

I realize it is better in the end to just register your own domain and go from their. But I already know that works, I want to try out Hubpages methods. The positive of Hubpages would be 1. I can make as many hubs as I want and don't spend $10 and lose it if a Hub doesn't work unlike if you were making niche websites. and 2. I wouldn't have to spend $90 a year on hosting.

when I said treat each hub like its own website. I am new to Hubpages but not so new to making money online in general.

this is the first Hub I wrote that I actually treated like a website, and I plan on all my hubs being like this.

thanks for all feedback on this.

Sounds good mate. If anything, you can use it to drive traffic to your major sites. That cut they take seems abit harsh tho.

you would think that them taking 40% would be bad, but I mean I have one single hub get 250 visitors from hubpages main site alone in one day + without my work being on hubpages most of it would be getting no search engine traffic, so I think it is a fair trade.

Hubpage is not a great way to earn and not all who had put in their labor are successful. Of course, it is a method to make money but one thing for sure is that you will make the owner of the hubpage rich by your effort.

ehh considering the share is 60-40 and I get 60% I don't think the Hubpage owners will get rich by my efforts unless I do =P

I do post original content on, really the question I was looking for opinions on is the new system im trying.

instead of writing like a bunch of decent 1-2 page worth of content hubs on a subject, why not combine them all and make a "mega hub" on that subject with pages and pages of info and videos and images. So basically I am making all of my hubs bigger, better, but also taking a lot more time and releasing a lot less each week.

so thats what I was really looking for opinions on, writing a bunch of shorter hubs vs 1 single huge hub on niches.

There are thousands of you (page authors) and just a few of them (owners). They don't need to be terribly helpful in order to leverage well.

Do you reckon Squidoo could be good for this strategy or is HubPages better in your opinion?:D

Stick with it CLS1321, you have a great plan. I am pretty much doing the same thing my self over here. I'm targeting my niches on a lot of my own domains and making SE pages out of them and building links.

    Really just sites like;

Index, Main, Etc1 , Etc2 and so on.

I've seen a good amount of profit like this and I recommend you doing it on hub pages as well. I'm focusing on doing the same thing my self. As I'm in 2 weeks on hub pages.

I've seen you around on the HP's forum bud and your doing a wonderful job.

I want to speak to you more, if you want let me know if it's alright to drop you an email or something.

    Thanks,

Also don't let the " member since 2009 " and 2 post fool you. I've been in the industry for quite some time now. " Left another " not to mention " industry " for Main stream.
