    Hubpages is high PR dofollow site, it is basically used by blogger for expressing their knowledge , thoughts and also good for generating back-links. It is PR 6 site.

    Hubpages is one of the best way to build links. But before starting building links,you need to post quality articles and get a Hubpages rank of atleast 80.
