Hub pages and article theft?

Ive been submitting on Hubs on Hub pages lately and have run into many many issues with their rules and regulations. First problem i keep having is they flag my hubs as violating the tobbaco firerarms etc not allowed flag. My hubs are all poker related and I see many poker related hubs there so not sure why they keep saying my content is not allowed.

Second problem I am running into is other sites seem to be stealing hubs content and using on their sites, I then get flagged for duplicate content. I politely explain to them that this is my content and they are stealing from me. Ive sent these sites with my copied hubs e-mails threatening legal action if they do not take it down. It never works though. Hub Pages will consider my content as the one that is duplicate and make me change it. How do I solve these issues if anyone is familiar with hub pages. Thanks.

Just to emphasise, these are my original content, so please dont say Im the one stealing. thank you

For the most part with Google, whichever site gets indexed first is the "original". It definitely sounds like your thief's site is getting indexed before your Hub. You're going to have to change that. Try to gain more backlinks to your Hub to help the Google spider value it more and visit more often.

But, if you're going to be doing that anyway, why not start your own blog?

Then take whatever stuff you have on Hub pages and use it to help promote your blog.

Yea, you need to get indexed more quickly. Try using google's webmaster tools so you can tell google they should crawl your website.
