    Yes a Tech Blog or an HTTP resource would be fine for this website, low xxx if you are thinking to sell it, but it would be very good for making guides on HTTP, HTTP help, for selling Books on HTTP, examples of good HTTP websites, an HTTP hall of fame, you can do almost everything HTTP with a domain like this. So yeah
