    Hi all,

I am interested to find out why having a https:// for my website is being rejected by directory when I am submiting.

    Any help/explanation will be great.

not sure why but https is for secured sites where there are forms or sensitive data. when you submit your site to the directories, you submit the main index page and the main index page usually not an https page. if you look at some bank websites, you will see main site is http and when you click on login, that login page is https. or maybe directories you are submitting to think https is an invalid url. if thats the case, then those directory scripts need to be updated
