    Hi,

As per Google: HTTPS as a ranking signal

    http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2014/08/https-as-ranking-signal.html

My question is, if the site is made partially HTTPS will it affect in Search Quality? Or, does going partially HTTPS have any cons in respect to Search Engine Rankings and Browser authenticity? - Please explain.

N.B: Here going Partially HTTPS means whole website (same domain) in HTTP and application form submission pages in HTTP.

I dont think that will have a major impact on traffic. You can experiment going https for the whole website and share the stats here. Would be alot interested in reading the case study.
