    Hi,

I'm trying to get my head around a problem with my SSL. I have 3rd party data being streamed in (currency converter and ticker) to some of my pages that are invalidating my SSL so a crossed padlock is showing.

I only want a few pages to be https: and SSL encrypted but for some reason the whole of my site has flicked to https: when I activate the SSL in the admin section (it's an off the shelf script that I've tweaked.)

As a beginner I'd love some help before I go mad trying to figure it out.

Can I pick only a few of the necessary pages to be https: and the rest just standard http: thus solving the problem? If so, how do I do this? Or does anyone know where I can get a currency converter and ticker that won't be an issue with my SSL?

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Scott

Wouldn't you just be able to modify the specific links to add the "s" to "http", making it use the secure protocol on that page only? I may be misunderstanding the issue, please advise if I am :)
