    Hello!

    This domain name is so awesome I've been holding on to it for five years, but the time has come to let go. I'm cleaning my portfolio out completely to focus on Scriptalicious and need to let go of some properties to do so.

    That said - httpforums.com is a five year old domain (registration valid through April 2011), PageRank 1, 712 Yahoo backlinks, and currently has phpbb installed but is unmaintained. About 2,000 uniques each month from organic searches for "http forums" and variations, but also lots of spam from the phpbb install.

    Since phpBB is already setup, the new owner can clean up and develop the forums as is, or just add this stellar domain to your portfolio and flip it for the cash.

    Hello Tekime,

    I really hope you don't mind this post of mine but I just wanted to compliment you real quick. The domain httpforums.com is a real gem man & it's hard for me to believe that you're actually listing it for sale and then especially starting at such a low price ($1). I'm only inputting all this because I really find this domain to be ideal. The only negative aspect at such a concept/project is that the market (webmaster forums/communities) is so ridiculously competitive as well as unimaginably difficult to come up/succeed in.

    Also to add, and ironically, I used to be a member of a similarly-named webmaster forums in the earlier 2000's (I believe 2003/2004ish?) which was called/named HTTPTalk (at httptalk.com respectively).

    Thanks! I've always loved the domain. Now that most of the decent two-word domains are gone they're getting harder to find too. It is a tough market with competition but in the right hands that can present an opportunity I think. So many sites, all the same. Make something unique, do it right, and stick to it - now there's a novel concept! :)

    Hehe, pretty sure I was on there a little too. Doesn't look like they made it the long haul though!!
