httpd/cpsrvd/named keeps crashing - keeps hitting max RAM - Will pay to fix

    Hi,

    Im having a bad problem with my server - httpd keeps crashing, making websites un accessible.

    I keep getting the named/cpsvrd/httpd failed emails.

    I reboot the server, and websites work for a few minutes before crashing again. I've done httpd.conf and named.conf file rollbacks - but im getting nowhere.

    Im running CentOS 5 + cPanel with 1GB RAM.

    If anyone can fix it - id be willing to pay them for it.

    run a top command and see whats using your memory
