Httpd and Whm Problem

    Hi,
    i have a serious problem in my dedicated.
    i cant reach to whm panel and hosted sites. I can only reach with ssh.
    and often receiving "Httpd failed" email. I have restarted services and rebooted, but still not a way.
    Pls give me your ideas immediately.

    yes, i think it is called lfd:lfd.
