    It's pretty much the same thing. Just stick with on of them. Personally I prefer www :)

    there is no difference actually.. just pick one and stick with it...
    seo will only take a hit if you switch it around.. like some pages link to a www page and some page link to a non-www page

    in wordpress you can find a plugin to enforce this for you.. so that all links will follow your www preference...
    you can do it yourself by editting .htaccess files..

    check out http://no-www.org/ and http://www.yes-www.org/
