To see a graph of a domain's PR history go to:
    www.domaincrawler.com

To see a domain's number of backlinks go to:
    www.majesticseo.com

There are different tools to see if a site is "redirected" to "point" to a different site to display that site's PR. Here's one:
    www.seoimage.com/seo-tools/check-redirect-and-server-header.html

When I checked before, I saw that the site redirected to spaceflightnow.com. If you visit that site you'll see it has a PR of 7. That's where the PR came from. It "stole" that site's PR. I see now that I mentioned it, it looks like the site has now been redirected away from that site. But you can still see from the other two sites I list that the PR was always PR0 and then jumped to PR7 (that's not how Google works with PR), and you can still see that the site has zero backlinks (a site doesn't get a great PR number if it doesn't have a bunch of good sites linking back to it).

Always check a domain's PR history and a domain's backlinks before believing that the domain really has a high PR. And PR7 is a *very* high PR value, worth *way more* than $150. If you don't do those checks, and buy a domain, the next Google PR update will show the site's *real* PR value, which will probably be PR0.
