I recently came across a website http://www.verocard.com that offers reloadable debit card and virtual credit cards. Any body knows if they are for real or just a scam.

I try verocard.com and other web site sell VCC, i used to buy this cards online, verocard not scam but there price higher than other VCC web site, after i checked most of VCC i can give you my experience. if you need one time use VCC verocard not good for you, but if you need reloadable Visa card can be reload by liberty reserve or paypal the verocard is the good site for this, verocard the only web site i found allow to reload your visa card by paypal and the only website offer VCC allow you to withdrew money from paypal, also verocard offer ATM card, you can use this card to withdrew your money from paypal by loading your VCC and transfer your money from VCC to ATM card. I hope this information help you.
I have used verocard one year ago to buy a reloadable Vcc and to reload the Vcc with paypal and it worked well. Now I see the certificate of the site expired and I no longer trust them.
I use verocard services since 2010, and i can say it is not scam and services very good, this year i found there SSL is expired i contacted there support about this and they said new SSL will install since they change SSL provider, now i see the certificate not expired and up to date. I like there service and now i am able to charge my verocard reloadable VCC by credit card and libertreserve since verocard added this services this year.
