    I Had tried to buy a webhosting in 1and1.com buy it is limited to US and UK resident I am from INdia.

    dreamhost is the best one - its sure and its my personal experience also...just pm me for how to get 20GB webspace account for just 23$ per year...

    Hostmonster is actually owned by bluehost, same servers, same adminstration. Hostmonster was just recently started, so if you want more info look for reviews on bluehost!
