    Why dont you buy a couple of diet pills (dont forget to buy some for your friends aswell) and then report back - please include before/after pictures ;-)))

    To answer your question: I did a lot of research when I started the site and there are only a few things which actually work - the only approved OTC pill is alli which is the little brother of the famous orlistat...
