Are there m/any that do not begin with either Mozilla or Opera? I would assume the user agents of the browsers that speak the text for the blind and possibly those from mobile devices are different. Does anyone know of a good list?

actually, most mobile devices use either an embedded mozilla or opera browser, and the browers that read pages are either shells over IE (and identify as IE but have custom UA strings) or plugins (so they share the same UA as the browser itself since they don't do anything special as far as requesting content goes).

Beyond that, finding a good list and keeping up with it is difficult. A good rule of thumb is that if it doesn't start with either mozilla/4.0 or mozilla/5.0 it's probably not a normal browser.

It's not a perfect list, but that's a pretty good one if you want thorough, but remember that a lot of those browsers aren't traditional browsers or are from OSes no one uses
