The blog would look better if you get a more professional theme, when you are blogging it's better to stick to a particular niche rather than to blog about many different topics.

This is the longest name. I would think that you will have problems adding this to some email post/ or anywhere. Appears to be just another dull white on black landing page. A negative turn-off.
I saw the ads in bright white on the top of the page and I closed the tab. It takes me away from everything on the page and it definitely won't get you any clicks.
