    i believe and sure that website is againts Googles TOS. The images very closed and there's no separation line between ads & images.

    Why is that against the TOS? I have seen many sites like that including Pixel2life.com.

    because the image is too close to the ads..u need to put line to separate between the image and the line..or you can contact Google Adsense team for complete explanation..

    ive seen 100s of sites with similar images,

    Its not that dodgey, Ive seen a site with a google ad bar on top of a menu isnt this illigal lol
