    Hi All!

I've just finished touching up http://recipepub.com and am ready to part with it. I have installed a Wordpress blog, customised it and automated it so there is no need to keep adding to it every day.

The site is a custom Ruby On Rails application - which are very hot property right now.

It's got 10 visitors a day MAX and it has no income.

I am looking for at least $170. Any offers, then please PM them :)

    Thanks in advance

    Rich

Nice looking site, but I'm not sure what I'm looking at. How many recipes? is there a backend CMS for it (aside from the blog obviously), are the recipes unique?..if not, do you have a source? Also if you could either post or PM current traffic figures including referrals.

    Hey

Well, you are looking at a nice recipe site ready to go. I don't know where those recipes came from on the home page because they were there when I bought the site, and to add recipes you need to create an account and add them that way.

The blog is fully automated and updates by itself so you should get a few readers to that soon.

As for traffic, the site normally receives around 2-3 uniques a day from the blog itself and a few from the search engines (2 a day at most).

The homepage is PR2 last time I checked which means that if you know anyone with a recipe network or other recipe site, it would be quite easy to shoot this baby up into PR4 or 5 which means that you could start to rank highly for some of the recipes on there. Once you've got some high rankings on the SE's - just whip a few Clickbank recipe books on there and watch the checks fly in...

The site already has a top place on MSN search for "recipe for merinque" and "merinque recipe".

I really am looking for a quick sale here

    thanks

    Rich
