HTTP proxy script needed with valid list of proxies $30

I need to use a script that iterates through a free proxy list and hits a public IP address with a simple HTTP GET /. I will host apache2 on that IP address and before we do the transaction I want to see you hit that IP with a number of servers (the more the better), minimum 16.

We can run this code off my VPS or you can demo it from your machine.

Once demoed, payment is $30 in full and a relationship which will get you more money.

In order to receive payment, I will give you an IP address to hit (instead of google.com), if it proves that I am being hit by dozens of proxies, I will pay you and receive the PHP, Ruby, etc script as well.
