You want $5000 and thats all the information you're giving? Would it hurt to spend like and hour on making a nice post with all the information the buyer would need?

 

Some questions

1. You say PR2 but marketplace data shows PR 0
2. I dont consider alexa rank as a good metrics as alexa rank can be spoofed very easily by automated tools available these days. So mind sharing the traffic stats
3. What is your reserve? You certainly do not expect 5000 for a site making 66$ a month?
4. Where is the traffic coming from?
5. What is the hosting requirements?
6. income proof

Its making 40-60$ every month through adsense. it also make around 20$ from link sales. IT pr is 2 you can check with any tool.may be some prob with the pr checker over here.
If anyone can suggest me the ideal price and is serious about the deal,i would be more then happy to discuss with him as i need some money urgently.

I think you'd be lucky to get half of what you're asking as your opening bid.

 

The best price you might get is around 1000$, but I doubt it. If you want to sell it quick aim for somewhere around 300$ and if you can take some time wait and hold on to around 600$. If you are extremely lucky you might find someone for 800$ and up, but that is a doubt.

 

Completely agree with sameer_reddy, I would even start with $100 as a starting bid and then you wait to see what you get, of-course you can add the option to not-sale if you think it is too little but in my personal opinion this site is not even worth $500 but again this is only my personal opinion and I may be wrong ...

 

well in my opinion i would consider the best price of this website should be near $300-400 only.

 

yup you want to become rich overnight
if it is making 60$ from adsense and 20$ from link sales. then ask for 10 months revenue
so somewhere around 1000$ as your reserve. and set the price.
show the screen shots of the revenue and the traffic source.

 

This site real cost arount $500-600

 

looking at about 1k..show revenue shots and traffic shots.
