Selling a good domain name for an unbeatable price.

I thought it would be a good idea to start a free alternative to the flippa site but I'm a software developer not a webmaster marketer.

If you can see the potential and have time to move forward with the project, it's yours.

Don't expect traffic as I've only interest in promoting the site shortly after launching it.

Slutzkin, the owner of http://flippa.com last week about this matter.

There won't be any lawsuit and http://freeflippa.com can remain active, no problem from his side.

People are fast in judging trademark violations but what is a trademark and where is it valid?

What lawsuit could be raised? In which country would it be judged? What trademarks are registered?

None of them apply to this case and that is the reason why there is no legal action.

As a software developer, I'm just no longer interested in further developing this concept and I'm clearing out my domain portfolio to focus on other projects.
