    He said he is selling a list of blog post for PR8 ,PR7,PR6 ,PR5.
    aftere I paid him 17$,I found he has not any PR8 ,PR7,PR6 blog post.
    And pr5 blog post is no-follow.
    Now he reject refund.

    As vicky said - we don't get involved in private business deals over things like that - it's your responsibility to be careful about who you're dealing with.
