There are good chances that you never see this domain/site at this price ever again, I'm receiving bids on PM but they still haven't reached reserve so it won't be sold for less.

Would you prefer that I lied as many other folks around here do? Would this be more "professional"? It has only one forum but it's a quality forum, not a spammy forum with spammy visitors. Does it really matter the number of visitors if the domain hasn't even been properly advertised or explored?

Use your judgment. The domain is good, the site is looking and working even better. Try creating a forum yourself and explore it for free to get traffic from google if you want.

Sorry, the site is already giving more than that per day on adsense alone.

I'll probably not even sell it. If you see my signature you'll understand why. My daily revenue can easily be multiplied. If there are people that made hundreds of blogs for a dollar a day, I'll be exploring the concept of multiple forums with a really awesome domain to do it.

So, I'm actually very glad that nobody realized this detail and bought it before. Tomorrow ends the auction and it will never be up for sale at this price again.

But you're all welcome to register for a strong SEO sub domain before anyone else does it.
