http://domain.com or http://www.domain.com ??

When submitting to directories, sites, etc I have been including the www.

I noticed when checking at www.mypageraking.org that my site has 140+ backlinks with the www included, yet it only has 2 without

 

At times the www. has PR, without www. it is PR0 , especially for parked sites

 

so stick with the www like I have been doing?

You should always use link with www

 

it doesn;t really matter you use www or not, but it does matter which one you use and stick with it. since you are using www, keep using www

Many prefer using www, including myself.

when ever we check PR many site recommend WWW to add to our link so its recommend to add WWW to links while submitting to sites
