I have done SEO to this site but I just want to sell it. You can use a new template or whatever I just used a standard wordpress site.

Many ezine articles have been done for this site. All they need is a few more links and they will rank. I have posted links to them also.
I have no reason to take them down so they will stay up unless they have to be taken down in the future which I see no reason they would.

So far there have been no sales. It does get traffic from Bing and Google. Bing sends more than google.

I am starting out the bidding at just 14 bucks.

The SEO on the domain alone is worth that. The domain is aged by a couple of months so it is ready to send a lot more links to it and you won't have to worry about sandboxing it as much.

I did not push any junk traffic to it so the monthly numbers were not that high. Google analytics DOES NOT show how much traffic actually came to the site very accurately so the actual traffic is a bit higher.

On some days my hops on clickbank would be more than what Analytics showed for the whole day so....
