    Hey guys,

    I bought this site http://ashmaxsite.com September this year after joining AshMax. It's a fantastic program. You can find info about it through the big G.

    I've had much initial success with this site and Ashmax through social media marketing, and got my 5 people in the first 10 days. But lately I've had other (greater) opportunities and am currently running multiple projects, so I have to drop this one.

    This domain has made PR4, registered at Godaddy and hosted at Hostgator. It has great potential and with little work it can rank on page 1 of Google for the keyword "Ashmax" due to its high pagerank. It currently has 30 backlinks.

    Due to the urgency of the sale, I'm willing to throw in 10 of the latest info products (each one with value $20 - $70 if you were to buy it) which I've purchased recently. I'll add a Scrapebox run and make sure you get 30 extra active backlinks.

    I've spent over $300 on the above, now going for a measley BIN of $80.

    I know what you mean now. I had no idea a PR can be forged as I was parking the site with CB product prior to selling because I wasn't using it.

    I cannot edit the PR in OP, so pls delete. I will relist when big G updates PR to its original. Thanks.
