    right now i have a great domain that is able to be very profitable. i have researched the domain and you can EASILY bring in upwards of 200,000 hits per month. Now if you dont like that, then i dont know who would.

    this was actually made to be very very seo friendly, and it is. with very little promoting you can hit googles first page within a month.

    you can convert it into many different types of sites, including blogs based for tutorials, tips and tricks, and who knows what else! its a great buy and you should be sorry if you miss this great opportunity.

    Combine the massive amount of hits, with adsense (or whatever other ad network) and you could make a very very profitable site.
