Hello all, I am doing SEO for a HTML based website, its having PR 3. Right now we are planning to switch over the HTML website into Joomla code. The URL of the website is same , we won't change that If i change this it will affect my PR and traffic.
i am not sure in my knowledge it wont affect your PR and what all are SEO activites you did for that site use it Same like a key word mate tag description. its will help you to get traffice google ranking its helpful you means take it otherwise ignore it thank you....
You need to try and keep all page details the same (page extensions, meta data etc) this will minimise any detremental affects to your website, but as far as Im aware your PR ranking should be ok. If you remove any pages from your website that you don't want then you need to set up a re-direct.
definite ur pr will not affect untill ur all links and page url will same but i think u should not change ur Html website because ggoogle love HTml and pay attention to Hrml websites so my advice is to u try to do more link building
