    Domain is aged, however the website has only been up for a few weeks and content only added yesterday and already ranking on page 3rd on the 2nd page of Google for "HTML5 Template" you can use this site to provide free or premium html5 templates, offering free templates is a great method for building sitewide / front page backlinks for your other projects.

    Didn't want to sell this site altho i need to fund a script asap so i am listing this here before resorting to Flippa. Assume no rev/traffic however as it is on page 2 of google already you can expect traffic and rev in the coming days and weeks, a tiny little bit of SEO / Link work will see this site on the front page of google.
