HTML5 video player design and video format

    Hi,
    i'm kinda stuck at the moment. I have 2 questions:
    1. Can anyone drop a link of advanced HTML5 player design editing?
    2. How can i make all browsers support one format of videos in HTML5 player? Or maybie my site can automaticly convert the video into 3 formats?
    PLEASE HELP!
