Hi all, I have been working on a HTML 5 Tutorials website over the last few weeks, i never had any intention of selling but due to being offered a job overseas(been chasing this job for 2 years now, so i am jumping on it) So i am looking to list this site for sale. I stupidly listed it on DP and have been flooded by DP $1 bidders, which is making me feel quite bad as i felt this was a premium domain name, quality content, my site also offers 2 free HTML 5 valid templates which are free to the public provided they leave the footer link in tact so that others can learn HTML 5. So if possible and your have a few spare minutes could you check out my HTML5 tutorial website and give me a rough idea how to price this. Rev is under $5- but the site has only been live for 1 week now, already seeing 100+ uniques a day and growing, The tricky part is that HTML 5 is a while away from being mainstream, seeded very well for its related keywords, ive also done some tube marketing, high PR link work and promoted our free templates which will effectively create backlinks without much work at all. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out here with a rough figure of how to price this, i will be listing this on Flippa in the coming weeks and don't want to scare potential buyers off by placing a BIN price tag to high.
