HTML5 Mobile Arcade script?

I've been looking for a HTML5 mobile arcade script and I can't seem to find any. I've found 2 scripts (AVArcade/myArcadePro) scripts which seem to allow you to use HTML5 games, but those are not for mobile from what I can see.

So my question is, is there a script out there like what I want? and if not, where would I start to build on? should I base it on a "normal" arcade script? and change it?
