Buying HTML -> Wordpress Conversion

    I'm looking for someone to turn my HTML design into a Wordpress site. This IS NOT a PSD->WordPress. I've already coded PSD to HTML.

    See the attachments for what I need converted. It is 2 pages in total. (Front page and article page) - I'm not sure how it works.

    Please give me your quotes.
