    I suggest you read the book Build Your Own Web Site The Right Way Using HTML & CSS by Ian Lloyd. Not only will it help you cut down on your electrical bill a bit, save your eyes from unnecessary strain and pressure, but you can take it anywhere you want.

    As with all books, I strongly suggest you go to your local library and check it out from there. That way if it doesn't work for you you'll have saved yourself some money.
