Buying HTML Video Code Needed for MPG Video

    I just had a video created for me in one of the MPG formats. I need somone to write the the HTML code so that this video will automatically start playing on load. I prefer to have a format in the size of width="480" height="360".

    I do not wish to see any delays on load so it must start playing right away. It must work in IE and Firefox without requiring the user to install any special plugins.

    If this can not be done I have no problem in someone converting the file to a SWF format.

    Please send me your offers. I can show the video on request.
