HTML to WordPress online converter, rip-off or real deal?

I've just stumbled upon this website : http://www.themespress.com

It is supposed to convert W3C valid HTML to a wordpress theme. I have to say that it sounds a little way too good to be true, having in mind that it has only a $10 fee. So first things first, can such thing really exist? I mean, even if it does, what's the quality of the code that comes out? And what about the CSS files linked to the initial HTML?

I know it really sounds dumb, like translating a document perfectly to another language by a machine, which is impossible.
I'm not a newbie in coding either, but I just want to hear your opinion about this nonsense, yet it may be a good and handy tool.

    Thanks!

Sounds suspect, but if they have pulled it off, seems like it would be celebrated as one of the best scripts to come online, ever. And they should be filthy rich.
If I had to judge by the design of their own website, I wouldn't trust it..but who can say if it works without trying it?

I don't think this would be any good.
This script can only be used for specific themes.
