*Coder Found* Need an existing HTML site template converted to wordpress. The site template is designed to be extremely simplistic and load quickly, and doesn't even have any background images. Here is the site template: *removed*. As you can see there are only two types of layouts: the article display layout and a layout listing articles. The main thing I want is for the wordpress theme to have no validation errors and work perfectly in all browsers. Seeing as how basic the template is, this should be easily achievable. I also would like for the banner spots (above the article for front page, below the article for normal pages and then on top of the sidebar) to have the banner code easily replaceable, either in the form of stand alone php files or by using an existing word press plugin. Because this job is so simple I expect it to be done fairly quickly, and definitely by today. Paying $30 for this, but is negotiable depending on speed/work quality.
